"The owner is a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and explains everything that will be done. The crew went around the house and moved anything away so nothing was damaged. Afterward they cleaned up as if they were never there. All nails were picked up, everything was put back in place. A couple of months later we had a leak in our bedroom ceiling. David came out right away, found the problem had nothing to do with our new roof, it was a vent pipe that opened up, and fixed the issue for us even though it was not related to our roof. We highly recommend AAA Better Roofing."

Dave worked with me and my insurance company, even taking time to meet directly with the adjusters on my behalf. My roof was completely torn off and replaced in two days. A whole team (approx 12 people) came in with dumpster, removed both layers of roofing, added new roof vents and properly vented the 2 bathroom exhaust fans, checked and cleaned gutters. "Dave and his crew are exactly what you want from a roofing company. After a huge hail storm we had him come out and identify the damage. He met with the insurance rep and helped with our claim. He gave us a quote, we set a date, they worked three days straight until the job was finished. None of this jumping from job to job and dragging the project out. They replaced the roof, some decking, skylights, gutters, downspouts and added ridge vents. He made it a very simple process."

"I have a very large cedar shingle roof. I requested estimates to repair the roof from 5 roof contractors. One (that I previously used and was happy with) did not show up and never called. Three wanted to only replace the roof for a steep price. Dave Lancaster was willing to replace the bad shingles and do the repairs I needed. You upgraded the old roof venting and exhausts as well as the furnace chimney which gives the house a more contemporary look. Additionally, you resolved a long standing issue with venting in the soffits and roof line. This resolution has resulted in a marked improvement in the cooling of the house. Lastly, I noted that you redesigned the gutter flow to decrease the amount of downspouts while at the same time directed the outflow to drain more efficiently away from the house."

"Cleanup was excellent with people circling the house several times during the day gathering debris and using a magnetic sweeper. They did not cause any trouble for my neighbors, no loud music, no blocking driveways or sidewalks. Workers arrived at the agreed upon time and day; they ended when predicted, in one day. There were no unexpected costs. Due to the vents they added, my house actually has better ventilation then it did before. The house has survived several storms since no problems at all."
